According to Secretary Han Chengliang, since 2015, when Zhongshan County put forward the slogan "Welcome the people of Zhongshan to return home" and implemented the construction of industrial parks and other related supporting policies, the number of violin enterprises in Zhongshan County and Zhugou Town has grown to more than 160, with an annual output of 200,000 violins, occupying 80% of the market share of medium- and high-grade violins in the country, and driving more than 2,600 local jobs. At the end of the meeting, Chen Jinwu, full-time vice chairman of China Musical Instrument Association (CMA), and representatives of the National Exhibition and Conference Center (NECC) communicated with local enterprises on the guidance and services of CMA and the Shanghai Musical Instrument Exhibition, respectively. Chen vice president said that China is in the process of moving from a large musical instrument producer to a strong musical instrument country, actively docking with the industrial base, playing the service function of the association, and doing a good job of skills training and music popularization.
